I am fortunate enough to have a husband who has a good job and great health insurance. Every day I speak to people who are being denied treatment for their CRPS and related complications.
My vision is for CRPS to be diagnosed early on
and not have to wait two years for a diagnosis.
My vision is that everyone has the right to the best medical treatment.
When I was diagnosed, there weren’t many effective treatments to help with the pain. Now there is a treatment that has proven to minimize the pain, ketamine infusions. The problem is that are so many unable to get treatment. I want everyone who suffers with this monster of a disease to have the option to choose the treatment that their doctor orders.
